I was wondering if anyone has tried the heater body suit out of a saddle? How does it work? To bulky or is it comfortable?

Yep, try searching "heater body suit" and "body heater suit". You will find a couple of threads showing modifications that have been done to make an HBS work with a saddle.
 
As much as I love both products, I just can't get comfortable using them together. Therefore, when it gets cold enough for the HBS, I ditch the saddle and either hunt stands, or stay grounded.
 
I loved my HBB. Never tried it in a saddle. In my mind its just too bulky. People on here have modded them to work.
I switched to high end bibs and jacket.
