Not a new member but it's been a long time since I've been on the site. Moved from Massachusetts almost three years ago. Hunting here, well, saddle mostly not needed. I have the privilege to hunt a friend's property and a tree is the only way to do it. So back in the saddle, so to speak!

I can't believe that the old WE steps, knaider and swaider took no retraining. Was like riding a bike. Not bad for a 57 year young dude

It also helped that I dumped the ropes few years ago and sewed on my own straps and quick release buckle system. Pete
 
Where are you located? I Didn't know there were any other saddle hunters here.
