Friendly reminder that the word for sliding down a piece of rope is rappel. I've seen more people than usual talking about repelling gear and I'm not sure what they're repelling or why.
I spray my rappel rope with Repel Mosquito spray. That way, wether I’m repelling or rappelling, I'm still rappelling/repelling.

It’s okay though. I’ll probably get busted in a tree doing something stupid like twitching on my phone over somebody’s spelling on here while some other dude pays attention and slays a big one. You can’t be good at everything

I hear he washes his ropes with acetone too if he climbs a tree with poison ivy. Uses a safeguard on oplux and backs it up with a friction hitch below it.

The hitch is 7/64 amsteel...
Dawn dish soap. If it’s good for little duckies, it is good for my… nvm. I hate poison ivy.
