Mathews Triax Maxed out at 72lbs and 29in DL
300spine BlackEagle Crested Zombie Slayers .001 cut at 29in
150g Magnus Buzzcut Stingers
50g screw-in inserts
My math puts this setup at 506g total weight which should be some real good FOC and KE

You should be good assuming you meant 300 spine. But you're close to needing .250 or .280. If they tune well, you're good. If you have a little trouble, before you make any major changes try two things: back off a couple pounds on draw weight, and/or drop field tip weight to 125, then 100. If you are able to get good tune/arrow flight with those changes, you have choices to make. Either continue with the changes made, or go to a stiffer spine.

FWIW I shoot 28.5" C2C 300 spine with 225 grains up front at 70lb/30". They fly great.

Sounds close. I shoot triax 69lb, 28.5dl, 300 spine axis@ 29”, 75grn insert, 100grn heads. If anything it would be week.

300gr at 29 inches would be 10.3 gpi. Looking at blackeagle's site shows their heaviest zombie slayers at 9.2 gpi (300 spine). At 29 inches that would equate to a 267gr arrow and a finished weight around 467 (without weight of fletching/wraps/nock)

Should shoot just fine.If you are a little weak on spine you got options.Lose a few lbs of draw weight.Lose the weighted inserts.Try lighter heads.
But I don’t think you will have to.

These guys have gave you good advice. Next time before you build, send black eagle an email and ask what spine you need for your planned build. They'll let you know what spine will fit your build.
