I had a quick question...I just got into saddle this year and have been working hard to get set up and ready for our season which opens in 2 weeks. The place I hunt and the trees I would want to be in, are mostly all huge white or red oaks which a linemans belt dose not have the easy ability to just go around and slide up, So how do you get up those trees until You get to tether height? There is literally no way I can just strap a lineman belt on and slide up these trees. There are dozens of branches that are in the way and minus getting a chain saw and cutting them all down (which would negate the point of the awesome cover a big tree affords me) I see no way to climb them "safely" I could always just climb without a linemans belt to tether height, but that would obviously not be the safest decision. Ideas?
