Planted a plot after they finished my pond this week. Was surprised to see it already sprouting. Cow peas mixed with whitetail institute power plant. Just wanted to do cow peas but couldn’t find any so I ordered some power plant. Then I happened to come across some cow peas so what the heck, I’ll plant it thick!

Went to my lease in Ms because I’ve neglected it since March. Grass was out of control and the coons had a party and trashed everything I left out. Only checked 2 cameras because I was out of time, but I caught the buck I wanted to see.
This is him last year.

He is perfectly uniform this year as a 10pt. I hope I can cross paths with him with my recurve.

My poor camp!

Nice. I’ve always been intrigued with the power plant mix. I love the idea of the indeterminate soybeans with something to climb on.

Never used it before but I needed something quick for erosion control and summer plot. Kinda late in the year, so everyone was out of summer planting seeds.
