been using a saddle I probably would have killed my second largest buck to date :(… Since I haven't pulled the trigger on a new saddle/sling I have had several instances where I would have been better off having one!! Having had an original model Trophyline stolen from our camper several years ago I have been trying to research what would be the perfect replacement to that ones down falls and am slow to pull the trigger. My latest thought is a Recon Sling so I think before I end up with another story to add to my existing list I'm gonna pull the trigger on one??!!

Just replace it with what you had while you research an upgrade. The older trophylines are not that hard to find on the used market. Guarantee you will end up with multiple saddles anyway....no use fighting it. It's a damn sickness I tell you!

Not sure which model trophyline you had stolen years ago. If it was the old mesh ambush they did you a favor. Plenty of better options today.

Am I the only one who thinks it’s odd someone stole a 30 year old piece of cloth?

and in that vane, am I the only one who’s certain the thief sold it in this website, or to someone on this website? Where else does that thing have any value?!

Just a few years ago people were paying 350 and up for those old pieces of cloth.

NO, they didn't just steal the saddle...….They grabbed anything and everything including paper goods??!! We figure it was someone who was hard up for money or needed drug money. I am sure when they got the saddle back to where they went through everything they were like...…...what is this for :)…….
