Information on the Van loon floodplains WI

Curious if anyone on here knows anything about the Van Loon floodplains in La crosse county WI. Just looking for general information such is there a good deer population on the public land. What’s the hunter density look like? Is there good access to launch a boat or kayak? Any information is helpful just can’t seem to find anything online outside of the state website.
