Just A Thought On Safety

4 'biners will definitely work. The ATC is very easy. Also a simple prussic\auto block on the brake strand clipped to harness is good insurance.

I have a Treestand Wingman that weighs 1.4lbs that I have thought about carrying to get down in an emergency.

Al great very safe options. make sure to have a short length of prussik for this if you do not extend your atc. you can also attach it off your leg loop which works quite well. Its a real mess if you get the cord stuck in the atc. I also like to extend the atc on a girth hitched single length sling to move it away from anything else hanging that could get caught up in it. I dont know the number of hoodie strings I"ve had to cut out when teens get suck on a rappel. Grunt calls, binos, anything extra hanging around your neck, all come to mind.
