Kestrel compared to DIY saddle setups

Would someone post pics of a complete Kestrel setup compared to your average DIY saddle setup?

I’m not following say....how a Sitdrag is used with a RCH for safe setups.

Pic’s or video would be great of these two systems side by side.

What searches I’ve done really doesn’t completely explain it. Or the person isn’t using a RCH and is totally relying on the Sitdrag.

If I’ve overlooked a thread or video, correct me and show me where to find it, thanks.

Here is a link to Bowhunter15’s video of his sit drag and rc harness. Very informative. Boswell has some kestrel videos on YouTube as well, also very informative. One more thing, I’m from MS as well, Copiah County, about 40 min south of Jackson and about the same North of McComb
