Is anyone elses flex splitting on the lower front down by the lower main webbing? I thought I did it but I don't think that is the case because it's happening on both sides. Maybe they were a little ambitious on how thin they went with the cordura. I only have about 20 hours or so in this saddle. Nothing vital is harmed just the cordura. I love this saddle but at this rate I think it's gonna be pretty raggety by the end of the season. I wish I could just tear the cordura out and get mesh sewn in

Hope it was a fluke and not something I’ll have to check for every time out. Definitely call aero hunter and post their response. Thanks for heads up.

I’m thinking they didn’t get the cordura material deep enough in the binding material to catch it when they sewed it. If thats the case it shouldn’t be a problem with all of them. Call or send Debbie an email with pics, she will get it straighten out.

Call Aerohunter everyone brags about there customer service. I’ve never had to use it. So good luck and please report back.

They usually answer the phone and that is a good start
I am sure it will be corrected

I had the same thing happen to mine. I didn't mod any of it and emailed areo hunter...they asked me to send pictures and then asked me to send it back to them. My flex was one of the first to go out and they assumed some issue with the fabric. I sent it back and they gave me a new one with cordova material. Like it better.
Give them an email with pictures and they will make it right...as long as you did not modd any of it.

Mine was one of the first sent out as well. I'm going to contact them but I assume not much will be done since I have modded the saddle. My mods have nothing to do with the damage that is happening but I do understand if it's my problem because of it. I'm just glad it's nothing vital and I can safely still hunt out of it. All of the important components (everything but the cordura) is still in perfect shape

When I called I spoke to Debbie. I got an email from her and Sophia (owner) and stated that while the saddle was not compromised as far as being safe...they would still replace it. It was replaced with the cordova material and no problems. Good luck.

What is the difference in the cordova compared to what they were using on the first runs? Any idea on when they switched?

The cordova material is what they used in their kestrel...but it is in my flex.
