Kestrel shipping

Hang in there guys it's definitely worth the wait I got mine on September 14th our season open the 16th it is great to hunt out of very comfortable very light easy to carry in easy to set up no hip pinch. I love this saddle best one I ever had.

Same here... mine arrived 4 days before the season started... it takes no time to set up, and is very comfortable...

Just got the word mine shipped! Camo size 1, ordered 8/25 #421.

Debbie has responded quickly and politely to emails. I hope you guys are not giving her a hard time.
Agreed, I checked a couple days after I ordered to add something else. Super responsive, I sure wouldn't want to have to correspond with all of us. I'll wait patiently & live vicariously through the rest of you guys. In the meantime, still filling the freezer . Just looking forward to not toting this stand.

Mine is arriving Saturday. Just in time for my 2 week rut trip to Indiana.
Debbie was a joy to deal with and made sure I had my kestrel in time.
I'll have to source my own carabiner for the back band, but that's no issue.

If you have spent time in a saddle before, you can literally unbox the kestrel and be in a tree the same day. If this is your first saddle then you will need to practice prior to hunting out of it.

Awesome! Good Luck on the trip!

This is saddle #3 for me. Started with a modded neoprene TL, sold that and moved to the original evo hunter with the leg straps. Then upgraded to the seat. I've never been totally comfortable with the evo, and was actually looking for a mesh TL saddle when I just happened to log back in here after a hiatus. Saw the Kestrel and it has all the stuff corrected from the TL and the evo I didn't like.
Very much looking forward to seeing how it plays out.

When did you order and when did you get yours? I ordered mine and they said 4-5 weeks back order hope to get in it before season is out.

Debbie at New Tribe has been great to deal with. Poor lady is in the unenviable position of holding off customers anxiously waiting for product shipment. She was very gracious about cancelling my order placed on 9/2.

So the good news for everyone else is that the wait will now be just a little bit shorter....you're welcome!

Fortunately, I was able to obtain a Guidos Web before the beginning of the season so I will make do with it....at least for the balance of this year anyway. Perhaps the Kestrel will be more plentiful by next season. Good luck everyone.

Greetings from Minnesota. I just ordered my Kestrel yesterday, order #848, with an estimated shipping date out 4-6 weeks. No problem; I'm just getting into this saddle hunting, and will use a modified sit-drag and rock harness for the rest of this season.

That hyphen is most likely a typo. 46 weeks

welcome :)

My Kestrel.jpg Couldn't wait to get home Friday and get look at it.Quickly tried it on, adjusted the buckles and put my molle's on it. Holy crap this thing is minimalist! Sprayed it with no-stink and rolled it around in the leaves a bit, then left it out to "cure" in the woods overnight. Next morning used it behind my house in a tree I know intimately. In the pre-dawn blackness the Kestrel was easy to use, everything is where it should be so clipping in my linesmans belt and going around branches was no big deal. After using a Tree Saddle for years it feels like I'm not wearing anything! It is perfect, small but all the support you need. Quiet, unobtrusive. I haven't used the back belt yet, really haven't needed it. I sat 5 hours Saturday morning and 3 Saturday evening, super comfortable. I'm 6'3" and 260 or so and the Size 1 fits really nice. I have since lost the carabiner and shortened my bridge. No hunting Sunday here, and today is work, but looking forward to getting out there some more and getting this thing it's first blood!

I was like a little kid at Christmas this morning peeping under the Christmas tree or email to see if I got that shipping notice. I just knew it was gonna be there this morning. Looks like I must have been a bad boy this year.
We need to form a “Waiting on my Kestrel “ support group! Lol

I'm not sure what to make of your comment. It sounds like a threat and I feel like it should be reported but I will wait to see if I misunderstood you.
