Lone wolf rope with caribiner?

I dont know what diameter this rope is...its the tether to safety harness that came with my lone wolf assault, was wondering if I could use this as an adjustable bridge on my trophyline saddle,I put a locking caribiner on the Prussic the other end is stitched together. I want to eliminate the web strap bridge because my tether with Ropeman 1 and caribiner dont fit the bridge well ,you cant rotate to well with this setup

It’s exactly what I did for my kestrel been using for a while and love it I believe it’s 8mm
