What platform or stand are you running?
I have a EDP, a Tree suite and a .75. Also a couple Alphas for presets.
My Shikars strap down great on my .75.
Since I like a versa style aider I like double step sticks. When I use single step sticks I have to use cable aiders.
Some of my mini sticks have a EWO double step on top for a versa aider.
Some have cable aiders.

I’m not saying the doubles don’t pack well on the fix, The stand does have pockets in it for the double stick bottom standoff and then they nest into the back of the platform stand-off. I’m just always looking for the best thing.

the 14” compacts go on the stand a little nicer but then you only have the single step, it’s just a trade off like everything else

The doubles do stack awesome, 3 of them is the same profile as most single sticks.

Those are nice sticks. But the 250 lb weight rating don't work for me since I am 230lbs before breakfast, LOL.

I’m in the same situation, I hate cable aiders but use them on my mini sticks with my .5, I really liked my versa aider that I used with my double step sticks, novix sticks/mission platform, I sold all that stuff.

Since I am not a run & gun hunter, I hunt funnels. I like to do presets. So I don't sell much, I collect. View attachment 77351

Are you on private?

I like the idea of putting up a bunch of cheap ladder type sticks with no stands. Just show up with your preferred platform or stand.

Keep one set of sticks for when you want to move on something.

That'd be great imo.

No, I only hunt public.
For years I would take 4 deer me rope on steps and three full length LW sticks plus stand. If I wanted to hunt this spot again, I left the stand and three sticks. Pulled the steps so when I came back, I just needed 4 steps.
Now I am doing the same with sticks, and steps with aiders. Not sure how the steps with aiders are going to work. On smaller trees they are OK. But on larger diameter trees, I like sticks. I like to use my hands to climb, so sticks are easy.

Used mine yesterday, had it in the meat shelf with my hawk stick. The standoff is sharp….. it sliced through the bag on my Popup28

Mine came Saturday but haven’t put it on a tree yet. Sure looks nice though. I do want to ditch the cam strap for a USA or similar.

No you don’t. The fix isn’t as finicky to get cammed like the ambush but still need that control you get with the cam strap.

Yeah, that’s my concern. I have seen the videos but I hate straps. I have a PSH from VGO as well. That may work better than the USA. If not, guess I’ll be stuck with a strap.

The wife said "Nice touch with the little tiny zip lock of left over Halloween candy". She can be kinda critical at times. I appreciated the gift card more, but the candy was thoughtful IMO.
