MN Opening Day Success-Public Swamp Buck

Both of those bucks are awesome for MN, also like the strategy of using the kayak to get into that spot. Was that a location you've hunted before or just scouted?

Thanks man! Using the kayak allows me to get back to pieces of public without having to walk long distances busting thru areas where deer might be and just get further than the next guy. This property all I did was look at aerial photos and e-scout it. This hunt unfolded beautifully but usually I try to at least get boots on the ground once before hunting a location.
