MN Opening Day Success-Public Swamp Buck

Dang that's 2 gooduns. Do u only get one tag? I dont know what I'd do if I tagged out opening day .

Never did get an official weight since we packed him out but if I had to guess I'd say 200lbs field dressed or a lil more than that! Lets just say there way no way I was dragging this one out:tearsofjoy:

Yup MN only allows one buck per year but I'm hunting in an intensive harvest zone so I can still shoot 2 does if I choose to. Trust me tagging out early is a blessing and a curse cuz I'm already going mad haha but I'm gunna keep going as normal and just scout spots for next year and maybe whack a doe along the way:grin:
