i just figured out what kind of was bridge and tether wan to use but do not know the name of the knot that is used to make the end loops. So here is a picture of the knot i am seeking the name for.

Figure 8 on a bight. I use it alot in rockclimbing. The figure 8 follow through (retrace) is the standard knot we use to tie in to rock harness/climbing rope.
