I have not hunted SHNF, I generally hunt the Big Thicket and the APH areas... I do have a private lease in Newton as well.... out of curiosity, what equipment are you utilizing?

Hi Larry, I saw your post and wondered how things are going for you. I assume you have all your equipment by now. Have you had a chance to to do any hunting out of it? What public land do you hunt on?

Things are going great! Yes I have all my equipment and have gotten to sit a couple times. I hunt the big thickets national preserve and the APH in Newton County.
