Just ordered the xop saddle kit with the included xop platform. I wanted to dip my toes into saddle hunting without spending an arm and a leg. Anyone here tried it?

I used the platform last year, worked great. If you find out you like saddle hunting you’ll find lighter options out there but you toe took that thing in and it ain’t going nowhere and it’s rock solid to the tree.

Once you find out you love saddle hunting and the folks on this board buy a membership, then hit the classifieds for your next great piece of gear, and the next thing you know you’ll be here.
