I am new to saddle hunting and wish I started years ago. But, at age 52 I still am learning and love the new way to hunt. I am hunting with a traditional flintlock muzzleloader I built, make my own black powder and pour my own lead balls. Anyone in the Washougal area here that saddle hunt?
 
Welcome from Missouri. I started when I was 52 also! Wish I had started when I was in my 20’s or 30’s!! LOL! 57 now and luv it!
 
Welcome from Mississippi! I love the idea of making my own BP. I've been thinking about it for a while. I already cast quite a bit.
