New stick attachment method, thoughts?

Well new to me at least. First time I've seen or heard of this attachment system.
Looks very interesting if it works as described.
Appreciates the thoughts of the more experienced here using climbing sticks as 90% of my climbing has been done using screw in TS's or bolts and VERY little experience using sticks.

Isn't it the same as the "USA" method? I'll admit, I watched about 10 seconds of the above video...Give it a shot with your lineman belt on the stick (similar principle). The prusik jams tight and makes it difficult for one handed operation but it does work.

I did a search in here about the EWO USA and didn’t find a whole lot talking about how it compares to other attachment methods such as just the traditional cam buckle on climbing sticks. Wondering if anyone can talk about their thoughts on how these compare to traditional cam buckles...
