Hello, I am a newb to saddle hunting with a 20 yr background in rock climbing, but that ended 13 yrs ago when I turned 50. The last 5 years of which I transitioned into Aid Climbing.
I kept hearing about saddle hunting and finally looked into it which lead me to this forum. Looks like there is a wealth of really good info here. I like the minimalist approach to saddle hunting.
Glad I can put some of my old gear to use, my climbing belt still fits, but it ain't meant for use as a saddle. So between now and this coming summer I will pick up a saddle.
