Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest. Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade: 1. Click on your username 2. Click on Account upgrades 3. Inflation is stupid right now. My 5 lb protein powder has gone from $57 to $75 in 3 weeks. Buckle up, this is shaping up to be one heck of a recession coming our way.
This made me sad to see this. Can’t believe it. Things feel like they’re getting real. Glad I got in on one of these at $204 a year or so ago. Although that doesn’t help the price of gas or anything else in life unfortunately. Just means I will be holding onto the hunting gear I have a lot tighter this year at minimum.

Aluminum is now a precious metal again. haha. Used to cost more than gold! Everything is going to go up in price (except the stock market) with the current "situation". Hard to imagine hunting gear is included but its going to affect everything. Get ready for a recession. They only made the bubble worse over the past year.
i felt Like I was asking a stupid price for my assault 2 in the classifieds. Seeing this, I’m wondering if I should revise.
Supposedly LWCG is bringing back the cast stands. But not until next year I believe. So it’s a sellers market for now.
There are still Lone Wolf Alpha 2 stands at retailers, Cabelas for example. The Assault II is sold out everywhere so far as I can tell, but XOP's sandcast Vanish Evolution is 10.5lbs bare and $219.
If the extra 1.3 lbs is such a big deal, then the lil' Ambush is lighter than the Assault II as well as the Helo at $199 and for smaller fellas the Windwalker is light and economical. Once you hit $300, the Hush, .75, and Beast stand are probably worth the extra cash.

Where are you finding a Helo for $199??? What, you think this is 2020 or something? Looks to me to be $339, get yourself a LWCG .5 at that rate.
The lil Ambush is $199. That's what I wrote.
If I was on a budget for a "mobile" stand, the M7 would be my choice. I'd probably pick it over a .5 for stand hunting, but the .5 is what I mostly use when I saddle hunt so I got that covered already.
