Hey Guys, is there a certain kind or type of saddle that works best for one sticking and rapple, I have a kestrel.

One stick saddle

I too have the kestrel Flex and it is perfect for saddle hunting and one sticking. Which I do too.
I have a kestrel as well and did not like one-sticking with it because it would ride up terribly when hanging to move the stick up the tree. I found a 2-panel with an adjustable bridge to be WAY more comfortable for one sticking. Set the bottom panel under your butt and set the bridge nice and short and it doesn’t ride up - very comfortable to just sit in it while you move your stick up.
Do be careful that the bottom panel doesn’t fall way down when you unweight it, though. Short bridge helps with that, too.
