One stick troubleshooting

So trying to piece together a one stick with wingman top..

Components:
- feather stick from EWO
- wingman platform
- top EWO (wingman rotating) standoff
- bottom EWO standoff/step
- cam cleat/ amsteel rope


I’m having some fitting issues with putting the wingman on featherstick and the holes don’t seem to match.. (will add pics)

Will there be an issue if I only bolt top hole of wingman And then use bottom hole on featherstick for standoff?

Or do you think it’s ok to drill second hole where it is on wingman into stick with a press?

UPDATE- seems like I can just use top hole. Will post pics when finished. Need to make a handle

I just used a heavy-duty gear tie. Works great. My initial handle was some gardening wire, looped around the cam cleat bolts, doubled and twisted. It worked OK but the gear tie is better.
