I don't want this to turn into a debate about if it works or not. I like to know who all uses ozonics and the results from that use and are you happy with you purchasing ozonics.

OZONICS

I had one & used it for a season & a 1/2. I didn’t notice any difference & end the end it was extra gear/ batteries & tech that didn’t help me kill more deer. Maybe other ppl have had different results, but I’d rather just be aware of the wind & play that to my advantage choosing setups.
I have one that I actually just use to wash my truck on Fridays after work and then I use to wash my clothing in a generic scent free closet. I have taken it in the woods twice with me. I have thought about selling it a few times.
I refuse to use one because of the effects of ozone on nylon and polyester. It’s not good for your gear so I avoid it. I’m more of a seal tight tote with some activated charcoal thrown into the bottom (can be bought in any pet store in the US)
Curious about using one in my truck, certain times a year I practically live out of it and the funk can get real. But aren't yinz concerned about breaking down upholestery and stuff? Lotta plastic inside trucks these days and I like to run mine into the ground not trade them in when the new wears off.
I love mine and swear by it. That being said, I am trying to get my scent control regiment to a point where i dont want it anymore. It has been nice to not take it and have silence this season. Anyone who says it doesn't work(like I did), has not tried it in the right conditions.
I’ve wondered this myself as my truck can get funky and I’d like to de scent it but worry about damage. As for taking one hunting it’s to much technology for me I like to keep things basic.
I bought one when they were having a sale before last season (the Orion version). Haven’t been blown at since. If you flip it upside down so the fan is on top, the noise all goes up instead of in your ears. I notice a lot of guys on TV hanging it that way so I tried it and it works better. I don’t hunt without it anymore. Also use it in my truck and have a separate smaller, cheaper, plug-in unit that goes in a tote to dry wash my clothing.
I used to use one in my hunting tote to 'wash' my clothes after each hunt. It generally does a decent job of eliminating human odor and i've used it successfully in my truck too. After awhile though all of my clothes started to smell like stale ozone. When I switched to all merino base layers that also took care of most of the evident human odor (B.O.)
The new one seems a lot quieter, so much so that with the remote app I hang it under me and use the older version high over me... upside down as Tr33 said.
I use a grow house to hang all my clothes in to drywash them with another ozone generator I have.
My last year in IOWA I felt undetectable. I had a 2.5 year old buck down wind of me that didn't detect me.
One small buck thought he smelt something but was not disturbed and more a little interested in the smell. Fooled does all day long.
Also I ozone a lot and have not noticed clothing decay yet, I dont look for it tho either.

I have used ozonics machines through the years, I currently have the ferrari model with the 10 hr battery. I have tested it on hogs and Sika deer which I have found to have the most sensitive noses I have ever hunted. I have had both hogs and Sika deer smell me with the ozonics machine running. The ozonics machine doesn’t help much for swirling winds or alternating wind directions IMO. I realize that people have had success with them, but the plural of anecdote is not data. I found the ozonics to be more of a pain to set up and run and recharge and store than it was worth to me. Now I just use it to “dry wash” my clothes. I cut out a hole in the top of a big Rubbermaid tub the exact size of the machine and drilled relief holes in the bottom of the tub to allow a cross flow through the tub. Anecdotal data does not mean much to me. I hunted an area in west Tx this weekend where I had 2 bucks less than 10 yards downwind looking at me and they did not even pay me any attention. ( No pressure) In my opinion ozonics does not help much with pressured deer and mature deer. I would suggest that you spend that chedda on high quality clothing that is quiet and will keep you warm, make a donation to milk weed for a cause, and use milkweed to help you get a better idea on wind and thermals and try to stay out of their scent zone
I been using ozone products for years in my vehicle and I dont put them anywhere near my saddle or rope. They are in zipper bags inside a airtight totes. I even take the rubber tires for my deer hauler out of my car when using ozone.

I have a really good scent regiment, similar to Eberharts. Shower b4 every hunt. Liberally spray down my undergarments n exposed skin & hair. Been winded a few times, but couldve been some stink in my dense beard. Mixed results I guess. Only used it for 1.5 seasons. I'll give it 1 more early season b4 its turned into a closet/bag model, if I dont see the results Im looking for. And yes it breaks down the elastic, but I dont hear any hum that deer can hear.
The best luck I ever had not getting busted was the two seasons that I used a bee smoker on all my gear. I need to get back to doing that, but I’m lazy.
