Wiggy's booties. $30 size XL.
I was originally going to modify these to slip over top of my boots. I think if you could install a system on the back they would be perfect for that. A pro tip is putting these inside of the Arctic shield boot blankets. During the Wisconsin turkey season I took my boots off then put these booties on then put the boot blankets over that and had very warm feet. Yes, it snowed on me twice during turkey season.

Under armor ridge reaper pants. $100. These are full zip on both sides so you can put those on with your boots still on. Size large. The website say that these run true to size but I disagree. I am a 34 waist and these are perfect for me. Definitely not for a size large person. Probably not bigger than a 36-in waist. Light weight.
