I am new to saddle hunting and am planning on going the modified sit-drag route. Right now, i am looking for a rock climbing harness to wear with it.

What are you guys recommending as a rock harness to use with a sit-drag?

Thanks for the help

Black Diamond Alpine BOD. Leg straps unbuckle so there is no need to step through the leg straps with boots on. Having a carabiner in the front of the harness also made climbing with the wild edge steps really easy when using the Cain method.

Welcome to the best way of hunting!

There are so many options out there for a rock climbing harness, I would go to a climbing store if you have one close or an REI and look at a bunch even try a few on.

@bowhunter15 has a video where he adds a lineman belt to a rch, I'll see if I can find the link. He also talks about a weighted back loop for the lineman belt.

Stepping through the leg loops never bothered me, just make sure to get an adjustable one so it fits when you're wearing all that extra clothing.
