Public record. For the most part I think all they get are the land tax records. Hunt stand as well.

My guess is that since Onx uses county landowner and homeowner records that his house is listed if you know where to look and since he reportedly killed the buck near the airport and lives near the airport it would not be hard to find.

If the buck is/was legit, I hope Mr. Rompola gets his comeuppance, and we have a new world record Typical. There's something about it being an American World Record Buck not a Canadian. No offense to our northern brethren, but they didn'st have a Boone or Crockett or Pope or Young.

Back before ON X I had a whole booklet of plat maps when gaining permission for waterfowl was easy and there wasn't a million "guides" leasing up fields. Not many people knew you could pull those records.
