I've been through a few different rope bags and I am done with them. I'm going to daisy chaining my ropes or something similar.
The tethrd bag is ok, I guess if you keep it attcached. But it's really tough to get a rope in it with one hand which kinda kills its purpose. The stiffer bags are just too bulky.
I also don't like to walk with anything flopping around so keeping a bag permanently attached is a no go for sure. I want quick, sleek, and effortless and none of the molle attachment accessories really fit that bill.
I am getting to where I think molle loops are pointless for me. I would much prefer saddles had gear loops like climbing harnesses. Another area where the mfgs need to innovate and offer different options than what the few handpicked testers desire.
