Those of you using an S biner with the bottom clip removed, is this the size your using or the bigger size 8 or 10 on Amazon?

Thanks

I'm using this. It's very simple. I'm sure the big s biners will work just more bulk.

I use a giant single fishing hook (10/0?) with heat shrink over it. It lives on one end of my gear hoist and is great for retrieving stuff. I just tie it off to my daisy chained gear/pack holder that is girthed around the tree. I’m real happy when I can have something do double duty not to mention it’s super light and packable.

I wouldn’t use an sbiner it will likely lay flat against the tree and be a huge pia.

I used a hero clip also like suggested above. It works okay. Still when allowed nothing beats a good old screw in bowholder.

The s-biner works awesome. I believe mine is a size 8 but I’ll have to double check.

Use the #6 biner shown above. I pulled the wire gate off of mine as well as took a hacksaw blade and lopped off the keyed end to keep the bow from getting hung up on it
