I'm sorry for what your family is going through. I am sure it is better to receive the news from his son, rather than someone from the hospital.
 
My condolences to you and your family! Hang on to the good memories and share them with your family and friends!
 
So sorry for your loss. I can't even imagine how hard that is for you and your father.

Thinking of you. My dad did the same thing to "us" but most importantly mom. We were gathered all around him and the hospice doc told us to go home - he wasn't going anywhere yet...at 4:15 am I got the call. Had to wake mom. Looking at it 10 years later it was dad's way of being polite! He needed to leave on his terms. I'm sending you healing thoughts.

My condolences and prayers - 60 years is impressive - great role model for your family - my wife's grandparents were together 64 years. They were legends and the glue of the family - sounds like you were very blessed.
