Is this a good rope for drt climbing, I got 70 feet for 30 bucks.

It'll work just fine. A 16 strand is a little nicer to climb with and stays round better. The 12 strands have a tendency to get a little square over time but it's not the end of the world. It still functions fine.

I don't know how well ropes take dye but the white NE safety blue is another inexpensive 16 strand for DdRT that's basically broken in right off the spool.
