So I rode all over this property today. Very grown up and thick. Saw one big doe. Also saw sign left by former inhabitants. Has potential but I’m concerned about lack of buck sign old or new.

Looks like it would be hard to find much sign this time of year with all the thick undergrowth. Is that a big valley running through the center of the property? You may have some luck finding what you are looking for on the downwind side of those ridges. Your mineral will be a good indication of what is in the neighborhood. Good luck!
