This kit is 4.6oz, but has way more zingit than is needed, an extra alien loop, a zingit soft shackle and a couple of zingit endless loops. Without the extra stuff its right at 3oz
 
Im calling it 400 lbs. If you consider load reduction and all the mathy stuff, its 750 lbs.
 
BTW, @DanO sells a kit. It s slightly heavier I believe, but its a "have whatcha need" kit for around $60 -shipping I think.
