Sit drag with back support. Only been used once. The bridge has Prusik so you adjust your bridge length. Also 2 more Prusik knots on the bridge for attaching the back support. This way you can adjust the height of the back support.
Back support is a modified fanny pack. Fanny pack doubles as carrying pack and storage. Fanny pack has removable storage pockets. I have 2 or 3 more storage pockets for the fanny pack that is not pictured. It also has a removable water bottle.
