How much is the cell plan for them? Do you get it from your cell provider or from them?

Ooof. I'm a little torn on the picture quality - it's the one thing stopping me from buying. They probably designed this to be a gateway drug into their higher end stuff. "Oh like the convenience, but want something clearer? Have we got the solution for you...."
 
The transmitted pictures are lower quality than on the sd card because the pic files are so large to transmit. when you actually pull the card the quality is much better. I have a dark link I've been using 2 yrs now that is acceptable considering its 350 miles from my home and I'm receiving a bout 2 or 3 pics a day from western NY. Dealing with customer service is horrendous, they have no record of my camera arriving.... They asked for my tracking number from USPS and will contact me within 24hrs. It shows that it arrived to the address they provided me on the 5th of July. They were supposed to email me yesterday after I called them, but that never happened... I would rather email them since they don't understand me and I don't understand them when we talk, but I'm on an average of a 7 day response time. I understand stuff breaks sometimes, but when the customer service is like this? Does anybody know how Cuddebacks are?
