Wondering if any of you with this product could tell me if they are quiet when you unhook them in the woods? Basically is it loud to the point of spooking deer or is it a none issue?

How much noise it makes is kinda up to you. I mean if you jerk them apart they make a popping noise but i'm not sure if that would even scare a def unless they were close. Not loud like clanging metal

The loudest part is if you hit the sticks together after unhooking them, otherwise not loud at all in my opinion

I bought some of these last year. I put one on each end of my full length sticks and they are a pain in the a$$ to pull apart. I literally have to strain to get them apart and usually end up banging them on something. I’ve cut myself on my sticks because I’m pulling on them so hard. It may not be as bad with just one on a shorter stick.

Drill a small hole in the side female piece. It gets rid of the “vacuum” so makes them much easier to pull apart and also makes them completely silent and removes the “suction” sound. Huge help

For full size sticks, is one enough or do I need to go two per stick?
