Tethrd and EWO knee pad question

For both/either of these, are the buckles on the same side for both knee pads (meaning there is no left and right pad)?

Arcteryx are not the same, so there is a right and left and you can put both buckles on the outside of the leg.

Just curious....I think I prefer the Arcteryx way.

I’m only speaking for the EWO ones but they are on different sides. So a left and right if I’m understanding you correctly.
