I don’t know whether this has been discussed before, but I would like to hear thoughts and opinions from anyone who has used the Tethrd One climbing sticks. I am thinking about buying them. How would you rate them with price not being a factor?

Can you attach an aider to them? Read the info on them at the Tethered WS doesn't mention aiders or attaching one My understanding is that there is not a dedicated aider attachment point but you can clip a carabiner tie a loop onto just about anything Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

When can you buy them?

i believe tethrd is supposed to come out with a version 2, but not sure if it will fix the glue/roll pin issues (if you read the other linked threads you'll see that their step attachment system was not that great)

cruzr is coming out with a 1 pound stick, but who knows when....same as the tethrd one sticks v2 as far as that goes, might not be before next season

having bought other stuff from both companies (but not sticks) and just paying attention....i trust cruzr more as a company, but supposedly they are going big time/retail so hopefully that doesn't change them

I dont own them, but from what I can tell they are not aider friendly.
Can't use a cable aider and they may not work with a versa aider, my choice of aiders.

Not sure, that’s the only one I used.
