The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest. Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade: 1. Click on your username 2. Click on Account upgrades 3. Choose SH Member and purchase.

They actually issued an official recall? Or just replaced stuff for people when it broke and didn't advertise that there was actually a Gen1 and Gen2 product?
That I don’t know. I know they made it public to contact them if you have a Gen1. The word “recall” is a touchy word. I work in the Safety industry, and I should’ve used more adequate verbiage.
If you haven’t been told, if you’re using a Gen1 Tethrd Predator Platform, you should probably contact them with a concern for your safety. Most likely, they’ll be happy to replace it.
yeah, theres a little bit of history with this....because there wasnt and actual "recall", and they just launched the "updated" version without any publicity, or info on their site that there was actually a gen I and Gen II.....Wait, this is a touchy subject? Uh oh…
But anyway...back to the new sticks!
I haven’t seen or heard issues with the one sticks. However I’m the type of guy who buys something and if I have no issues I don’t look to upgrade. Still using LW single step sticks w/ Tethrd Mantis & Gen2 platform.
Yeah I wouldn't mind having one for toting around checking my elevated cameras

They look a lot like the old Leverage sticks to me. I think it is about time someone used that design as I think leverage sticks are awesome. I won't buy these though until my leverage sticks need to be replaced. Looks like a great product though.
