They don't have the huge inventory of the bigger Arborist supply companies but they had a hard to find rope I was looking for (black 1/4" Tenex) and placed an order not knowing anything about them. Their per foot price was higher than another online supplier (marine supply) but a reasonable shipping price, $7.95 vs $17.95, saved a few dollars overall but more importantly, I appreciate the straight forward pricing and happy to throw up a little positive review for them.
