The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest. Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade: 1. Click on your username 2. Click on Account upgrades 3. So, still waiting for mine with a Mantis. Never used a platform before. Just strap it to the tree, pull tight and let it drop like a climbing stick, or you strap it with the platform up, put that down and it cams tight?

pull the strap as tight as you can with the platform up in the transport position. Next, push down on the top of the post with one hand as hard as you can to remove all the slack out of the strap. While still pushing down, cam the platform down and let the teeth really bite into the tree. It'll be rock solid.
