I used the cheap foam pad from Menards and it works well. I cut it in half so I have 2 with paracord and a camjam for $10. I did a 1 hour sit and no fatigue to my kneesSnapchat-1951480601.jpg

I purchased slip on volleyball knee pads at play it again sports for $20. Super comfortable- no velcro or straps.

What was comfort like compared to knee pads? I've got everything pictured and will have to give this a try.

@Rich1201 Compared to thick cushioned rubber capped Home Depot knee pads, this pad is even more comfortable—no constriction of the knee pad straps, less bulk, and much less weight. It literally feels like nothing.
