What size Kite?

Noob looking to get either an Aero Kite or Kestrel (leaning towards Kite) but unsure what size to get. I'm 5'11", 34" waist and 195 lbs. My guess is better a little too big rather than too small but which way would you go at my size?

When in doubt, size up. I'm almost the exact same dimensions as you and I had a size 1, it was adequate but I wish I would have had a size 2.
