What tree bracket is best, pivoting or fixed?

So i have used the classic v-bracket sticks that pivot like on the lonewolf three step sticks and the solid bracket like on the hawk sticks. I am now contemplating getting some LWCG sticks but find the double step experience that I had with the hawk sticks on crooked trees kicking out influencing my decision against the solid v-brackets. In my experience setting the pivoting v-bracket is more stable...what is your thoughts? Pivoting or solid v-brackets

Curious about this. I’ve thought of making my lone wolfs solid.

I haven't used the lone wolf sticks but the solid standoffs on the beast sticks bite the tree like no other. Once you set them they stay.
