Roger that. I was on the saddle page.
Well, I didn't want to stir the pot or make anyone think I'm calling them out since to some extent I do understand why they do it. However, since you asked and it was later mentioned.
"Liability Disclaimer

Did that include everything shown?I snoozed on the bidding and was beat by $15.
Never hunted in so basically brand new.

Always wanted a Size 2 Kestrel. If anybody has one for sale please message me.
That’s all incorrect. Arborist harnesses are approved for elevated work positioning. Osha has its own set of rules that apply to slack and system’s strength for work positioning at elevation. Fall arrest is a whole different set of rules. Both are rated for overhead use just different sets of rules. A ground disclaimer is a liability disclaimer that companies use if they don’t have insurance or if they don’t meet the standards required for their normal use. That's normal, Arborist saddles have the same disclaimers. As far as I know, "overhead use" is referring to fall arrest uses which no saddle is approved for without a rated dorsal attachment. Arborist style saddles are rated for "suspension" and "positioning".
Just curious what you mean by a batton seat?We all I hope can differentiate between saddles used for climbing/ work vs hunting saddles used more or less for hanging/ suspension. Fall arrest is a whole different ball of wax and avoiding a shock force induced by a fall should be paramount in our community. In the early days after purchasing a New Tribe basic I had spoken to them about the need for a climbing/ hunting saddle. I will still use my Tengu/ Petzl Podium combo while heavy compared to some of the other " butt slings" fulfills my needs. I hope someone starts to produce a saddle that is more conducive to SRT climbing and incorporates a batton seat that eliminates hip pinch . Excited to see who picks up the mantle!

New Tribe, Buckingham, Petzl, and even Singing Rock, none of them have the ground use disclaimer. I also work in the elevated work positioning industry. I’m not arguing, I’m simply stating overhead use is any use above 4’ which requires you to be tied off with proper fall protection. Whether it be fall arrest like a scaffolding worker, or whether it be work positioning like a lineman or arborist. Harness manufacturers do get sued just like bucket truck companies do. I’m not arguing either man, I was simply clarifying the different types of overhead use and the only time someone would use the overhead use warning.Believe what you want my friend. Saddle companies aren't being sued and I've been an Arborist for enough years to not care about arguing with you about it.
“Aero” referring to flight and “hunter” referring to…obvious. But the colloquial reference is “AeroHunter=Bird of Prey” hence all the raptor nomenclatures and the logo. that said, I like your idea too lol.I always wondered if AeroHunter was intended to be a homonym for Arrow Hunter.
Best hunting saddle name you could possibly ask for“Aero” referring to flight and “hunter” referring to…obvious. But the colloquial reference is “AeroHunter=Bird of Prey” hence all the raptor nomenclatures and the logo. that said, I like your idea too lol.
I will say that “Canopy Stalker” is pretty dope as well.Best hunting saddle name you could possibly ask for

Yea my wife says I have a disconnect between what I am thinking/ trying to say and what actual comes out when I say it.Apology accepted, We can agree to disagree, that's not an issue, that's what discussion forums are about. Starting off saying someone is completely incorrect has a way of pissing people off.
