Most of my working career was spent as a Millwright for International Paper Co. Our local mill Corinth NY was closed in 2001 so I moved to a private Construction Co. as a maintenance superintendent doing paper mill shutdown work and paper machinery relocation. In 2014 I left the paper industry for good to start a residential framing company with my son, once we got it up and running I left to work my current job as a clerk for USPS. I have a degree in website design and still dabble in that occasionally doing web design work on the side. I also play guitar in a rock band on week ends -as I have on and off most of my life.

Thankfully I work for a small company and complete with those folks. It’s amazing what some of the folks like waste management and others do and get away with. Makes my job easier though
I'm totally joking but that was always Tony Soprano's front. He wasn't a mobster, he was in "waste management." ;)

I am a controls electrician PLC programmer by trade.
I work as a Multicraft Maintenance, lead man, parts procurement, trainer, paper work.
I work on the floor troubleshooting only when all maintenance team members have failed. I then walk whomever is working through the process of identifying the problem, how to fix it. I then develop a training document on the symptoms, How to troubleshoot the issue, and how to properly fix the problem,
Day to day I control inventory, order parts and forecast future projects. I run reports on w/o reporting, hours reported against hours worked. Analysis of repeat down time events and corrective actions.
My job sucks any one hiring?

Electrical Lighting Sales, a lot of our business is converting to Led compliance (pretty hot right now) this is my desk job after a lot of years the field as a GC after getting out of the Navy. If only saddle hunting paid the bills instead of creating new ones

One of our subsidiaries is 'TOGGLED'. The parent company also owns a substantive patent portfolio for LED lighting. Our products are now being sold by dealers and in Home Depot.
