I used to work in a dinner theater at Boyne Highlands and lived in Petoskey/Harbor Springs, but we performed in Boyne City a few times as well. I’ve spent about 6 collective months living in that area.
Clerk for a privately owned hunting and fishing business one day a week for the last six years. Needed a little structure in my life after a career as a glorified prison guard. Various jobs before that.

Funny this thread has popped back up as my job has changed since the last time I responded to it. I left the Surveying/engineering consulting world after 15 years and recently became a resource manager for a large aggregate company. The change has opened up THOUSANDS of acres to hunting for me. Now I just need to find the time to scout it all.
Same here, I’m staying with the same company Dassault Falcon Jet but I’m about to start a new job as a Technical Field Rep. I will be handling aircraft delivery interaction with customers but will handle all Fly By Wire issues in the field. More pay with less hours. Only scary part is change to salary from hourly
I was an iron worker. After I finished apprenticeship I got a job on the railroad. My whole family was ironworkers. My brother has been for 20 years now. My dad retired along with my grandpa and his brothers and cousins.
