Who uses the notch v3 quickly?

I appreciate your concern for my safety(I don't mean this sarcastically either). I have been trained on how to properly rappel (both in the Marine Corps and PD I currently work for, which I would guess is adequate for saddle hunting). I probably described it poorly. I was not speaking of the rate of descent. I was speaking of the quality of the descent. In other words the difference in smoothly descending. When I use the madrock it's like driving over a rumble strip (slight exaggeration for effect).
I've never experienced that, but yeah, that would be unnerving. I've seen youtubes of one-handed rappels on a MR, rather cringeworthy, just making sure.

That's prolly better than learning from watching you tube on the phone while practicing on a tree in the back yard. ;)
